Joining method
Butt fusion (BF) system
Welding is done by butt welding using a welding machine. The butt part is heated and melted, and the end of the melted pipe is crimped and joined.
The welded part has the same strength as the pipe body.
Electro-fusion (EF) system
By energizing the coupling for EF connection and the fitting, the internal conductor heats up and heat-seals the pipes together.
